Berlin-based artist Marion Eichmann makes paper cut-outs and collages. Starting with drawings, she studies and dissects objects she has seen in her mind's eye and reconstructs them in detail on various levels out of paper. She is interested in iconic spaces and facades as well as machines, signs and everyday appliances. Her unbiased view sees every object as worthy of a picture. An invitation to look very closely...
